How to save Word to PDF as original size and keeping fit width zoom rate?

Question: I am writing my resume on word and saving it as a PDF, but when I open the PDF file my document is enlarged to fit the window width. Is there a way I can save the word to PDF keeping the original width size (100%)?
Additional Details
I should also add that I want the width of the document to be automatically 100%, whether it is me viewing it on my computer, or someone else viewing it on their computer, because the display looks distorted when its enlarged. I can't exactly put on my resume that the document should be viewed at 100%!  Is there a solution on VeryDOC?
