The blank property
This property specifies whether the page area is intended to be blank and therefore may result in special
treatment by the output device.
0
The page area is not intended to be blank, and any content will be rendered.

The page area is intended to be blank, and may be subject to special treatment by the output
device.
For instance, a printer may charge the user on a per-printed-page basis. The user does not wish to be
charged for blank backsides of printed pages on a duplexed job. This attribute permits the blank backsides
