Firstly, you need to check the option Batch output to activate all the options below. Then you can input the output location for batch target PDF documents in the edit box. Or you can click the button besides the text box to open the window in which you can choose an output location and then the path of the location will be shown in the text box. Secondly, you need to choose the option you need if you want to convert PDF in batches: Rename if file exists: If the output PDF file exists in output location, a dialog box will pop up to remind you change the name. Overwrite if file exists: If the output PDF file exists in output location, the new created one will cover it. Insert first page if file exists: If the output PDF file exists in output location, new created one will insert the new one before the first page of the existed one. Append to last page if file exists: If the output PDF file exists in output location, new created one will append the new one to the last page of the existed one. If you want to browse the converted PDF documents, you can check the option View after creation. If you want to email the output PDF documents, please check Email after creation and then a new popup window will lead you to email the PDF documents. Then please click OK button to close this window and you need to choose all the printable documents you want to convert and right click them to choose Print option in popup floating item.
